For the first cleaning, wash several times with a neutral detergent. You may also use a paper towel dipped in cooking oil to wipe the surface repeatedly to easily remove any residual grey titanium powder from the process, then wash with a neutral detergent. Since we use food-grade oil for stamping and do not pickle, some residual grey titanium powder is unavoidable; this is part of our safe, non-toxic manufacturing process and is safe to wash. 2. If there are burnt marks or stuck-on grime, you may gently scrub with the rough side of a sponge or a soft steel brush. 3. If colored titanium surfaces are scrubbed off or reveal the original color underneath, rest assured that because this is not a coating, the pure titanium remains safe, non-toxic, and free of heavy metals—it is safe for continued use. 4. Do not soak in reducing acid-based cleaners (such as stain remover powder or hydrogen peroxide) or sodium percarbonate cleaners, as this will permanently strip the color and luster of the titanium. 【Characteristics Explanation】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and stress release. Food stains or large purple-blue patches appearing after steaming/cooking, or brown patches appearing after washing (not rust, as pure titanium does not rust) are due to its metallic properties or our pre-treatment process. This does not affect safety. These marks will fade or disappear on their own over time with regular use. 2. Square-shaped utensils are more prone to stress release, leading to more intense color changes and a higher likelihood of brown patches. 3. Pots, cutting boards, and small trays may exhibit purple-blue color changes when used in ovens above 250°C or over direct gas flames; these colors are permanent but do not affect safety. 4. Large flat shapes are more susceptible to warping when exposed to direct gas flames. 5. Pure titanium easily retains water spots due to its metallic nature. If this is a concern, dry immediately after washing to prevent water spots from affecting the appearance. 【Appliance Compatibility】 **Single-layer titanium tableware can be used for heating; double-layer is not suitable.** Dish Dryer: Suitable. If oily residues like olive oil are not washed off, blue-purple powder may appear during drying; this is dried oil and will vanish once cleaned. Dishwasher: Suitable. Some detergents contain sodium percarbonate, which may leave more water spots, but this does not affect safety. Gas Stove: Direct flame is fine, but do not heat when empty.
