During the firing process, brown spots or burn marks may occur; some spots may appear only after washing. These are not rust and do not affect safety or usage. - This product is manufactured using a safe process, using food-grade oil as a lubricant during stamping, without acid pickling. Because no electroplating or coatings are used, faint scratches, pinholes, or sand holes may appear on the surface; these are normal phenomena inherent to the safe manufacturing process and are not defects. - The LOGO is created using high-temperature laser energy to induce natural color changes in the titanium surface; it is not a coating or ink print, ensuring safety and lasting aesthetics. Additional Notes: - Marks from high-temperature firing will gradually fade or disappear with frequent use. - Sand holes and faint scratches are normal and cannot be completely avoided during production. - Water stains or spots remaining after washing are characteristic of pure titanium and are normal. 【Cleaning and Characteristics】 1. For the first wash, use a mild neutral detergent and wash several times. You may also use a paper towel with edible oil to wipe the surface repeatedly; this easily removes any residual gray titanium powder from processing. Then, wash with neutral detergent. Using edible oil for stamping without acid pickling means residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. This is a non-toxic pure titanium safe manufacturing process; feel free to scrub with peace of mind. 2. If charred or encrusted, use the harder side of a sponge or a soft steel wool brush to gently scrub. 3. If colored titanium surfaces are scrubbed or reveal the original metal color, remember it is not a coating. Pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, contains no heavy metals, and is safe for scrubbing. 4. Do not soak in stain-removing powders, hydrogen peroxide, or percarbonate-based cleaners, as these will permanently strip the color and luster of the titanium, and this cannot be restored. 【Characteristics】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and stress release. During initial use of lunch boxes, containers, or square pots—or after steaming/washing—you may see food stains, large blue-purple patches, or brown patches (if unheated/after washing). This is not rust (pure titanium does not rust); it is a characteristic of the metal or a result of our pre-firing process. It does not affect safety. These marks will fade or disappear with normal use over time. 2. Square-shaped items undergo more intense stress release, leading to more pronounced color changes and higher susceptibility to brown patches. 3. Pots, cutting boards, and small trays may exhibit blue-purple color changes when used in ovens above 250°C or over direct flame on gas stoves. The color will not disappear, but this does not affect safety. 4. Large flat surfaces are more prone to warping when used over direct gas flames. 5. Pure titanium easily retains water spots due to its metallic properties. If you mind this, dry the item immediately after washing to prevent water spots from affecting its appearance. 【Applicable Appliances】 **Single-layer titanium tableware can be heated; double-layer is not suitable for heating.** Dish Dryer: Suitable. If oily residues like olive oil are not washed off, blue-purple powder may appear during drying; this is dried oil and will not appear once thoroughly cleaned. Dishwasher: Suitable. Some detergents contain sodium percarbonate, which may leave water spots, but this does not affect safety. Gas Stove: Direct flame is fine, but avoid empty heating; use medium-to-low heat. Electric Rice Cooker, Air Fryer, Glass-Ceramic Cooktop, Electric Ceramic Heater: Suitable. Oven: Suitable. Any color changes from high heat are physical characteristics of the titanium and remain safe to use. **Microwave: Not suitable (poor performance).** **Induction Cooktop: Not suitable (not magnetic).**
