Given Taiwan's humid climate, attention to placement and regular dehumidification is crucial for maintaining dryness. Due to various environmental and human factors, we cannot guarantee that ashes will remain unchanged indefinitely after storage in a glass jar. Please understand and agree that once moisture damage occurs, it is irreversible. Therefore, significant effort is needed for moisture protection. We encourage you to consult us for professional advice before ordering. **Moisture Protection Recommendations for Urns** We strongly recommend using a dehumidifier box or storing the urn in a cabinet with dehumidifying packets placed around it, which should be replaced regularly (replacement frequency depends on local humidity). The environment's humidity should not exceed 60% RH. Especially during the rainy season or after rain, regularly use a dehumidifier. For dehumidifier boxes that control humidity, setting the powder to 30% RH yields the best results.
