. Materials provided for the hands-on experience are for individual use only and cannot be shared.
. Cancellations made by the customer for personal reasons will incur a 30% service fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will contact you proactively to reschedule or issue a refund.
. Dates can be changed up to 3 days before the event. Changes are limited to one instance. Any price difference resulting from a change will be refunded or charged accordingly.
