Also known as Wanbai Shanren, Wanbai, Guhuanzi, Youji Daoren, Fengshui Yuchang, Longshan Qiaozhang.
A native of Huaining, Anhui (now Anqing, Anhui), a Qing Dynasty calligrapher, painter, and seal carver.
His clerical script style possesses the majestic power of Wei stele inscriptions, combined with clarity and a flowing characteristic.
The structure is square yet rounded, compact and anciently vigorous. Strokes are strong and powerful, with a deep, simple, and unadorned aura.
