Vintage plaquettes / wall panels «Seasons». Porcelain. Produced in the late 70s and early 80s at the Tettau manufactory, Bavaria, Germany. The Seasons series is based on illustrations by Ludwig Richter. Tettau - one of the oldest porcelain factories in Bavaria, was founded in 1794 by a prominent German naturalist - Alexander von Humboldt, under the highest patronage of the King of Prussia, Friedrich Wilhelm II. Since then, the brand has managed to maintain such a high bar and become one of the modern symbols of the German porcelain tradition. Tettau is a premium manufacturer of hard porcelain.
