To be environmentally friendly, please bring your own water bottle or cup. ・Please abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site instructor. If there is any violation and any damage is caused, Pinyou shall be responsible for it. ・If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, the organizer will proactively contact you for postponement or refund. ・If participation in the event is terminated due to factors that are not responsible for the organizer, no refund will be given. ・If classes are suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, the organizer will proactively contact you for an extension or refund. In the event of a typhoon, the class suspension standards announced by the event venue will be the class opening and refund standards, regardless of the location of the participants. ・The organizer will take side photos of the experience activities based on needs and upload them to the community after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for event records or other recruitment channel promotions. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will take note and make special arrangements. **｜Epidemic prevention measures｜** ・Crews on long-haul flights or entering other countries must complete 7 days of home quarantine after returning home, and after arranging to take a negative test, they must still follow the management regulations of the Ministry of Health and Welfare from the 8th to the 14th day, and strengthen the independent health management . ・If there are no incoming crew members on short-haul flights and there are no symptoms, there is no need to quarantine. This will be handled in accordance with the management regulations of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. ・Wear a mask at all times, and you will not be allowed to enter if you are not wearing one. ・Enhance air-conditioning convection and open windows to ensure air circulation in the classroom. ・Use alcohol/hypochlorous acid water before and after activities to strengthen disinfection of frequently touched points such as door handles and tabletops.
