Please send us photos of the background and individuals you wish to have illustrated. If the background and individuals are separate, or if you require us to design the background, please inform us in advance so we can assess its suitability for illustration. You may provide 1-3 portrait photos, preferably clear and without special effects. 2. Names or short messages can be added; handwritten text cannot have a specified font. 3. One revision is allowed for the sketch. Please also confirm the accuracy of any text at this stage. No further revisions will be accepted once the sketch is finalized. 4. Production Workflow: Inquiry via email → Order confirmation and commencement of sketch drawing (approx. 3-10 days) → Sketch discussion and revision → Commencement of clay shaping after sketch approval → Drying and waiting for the first bisque firing (approx. 1+ month) → Unloading, coloring, and polishing → Waiting for the second glaze firing (approx. 0.5 months minimum) → Unloading, photography, and shipping. (The entire process can take as little as 1.5 months or up to 3 months. Please allow at least 2.5 months for your order. As this is a solo operation, production is subject to kiln schedules, making precise completion dates difficult to guarantee. Therefore, rush orders are not accepted.) Notes: 1. The sketch will be a black and white hand-drawn draft. Each plate is handmade and hand-colored, so there will inevitably be slight variations from the sketch. Please be aware of this before ordering. 2. If no specific color preferences are mentioned, colors will be arranged according to the design. 3. The finished product has a matte, unglazed surface, unlike the shiny finish of typical ceramic plates. It offers a rustic texture but is fully functional for everyday use, including in microwaves and electric cookers. 4. Complicated backgrounds may incur additional charges. 5. Due to the limitations of hand-painted ceramics, achieving an exact likeness may not be possible. Those who prioritize precise resemblance might find this product unsuitable. 6. We do not offer to replicate existing artwork or wedding invitations onto the plates. 7. Custom creations may be featured on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Please inform us in advance if you wish for your piece to remain private. 8.
