Repairs for non-human-induced damage within the warranty period are free of charge. Complimentary cleaning services are also available within the warranty period (scratches cannot be addressed). For a complete silver restoration (addressing scratches, re-plating), a discounted rate of $200-$400 applies within the warranty period, quoted based on the item's size and severity. For repairs outside the warranty, charges start at $450 and may increase depending on the item's condition. Chain components are machine-made finished products and cannot be repaired; please exercise care during wear.
