◆ For group registrations of two or more, no refunds will be provided for cancellations due to inability to attend. You are welcome to find a replacement or reschedule as a "group."
(For rescheduling due to personal reasons for the above two points, a request must be made at least three days in advance, and it is limited to one rescheduling per session.)
◆ Cancellations on the day of the class or arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the class, with no option to reschedule or receive a refund.

◆ In case of natural disasters reaching the level requiring suspension of work and classes as announced by the administrative department, you may choose to postpone or receive a refund according to regulations.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform staff via private message or on-site, and we will make special arrangements.

We will automatically delete your personal data collected for this event within one month from the date of the course.
