Thank you for your understanding. • Dream has made every effort to ensure the images reflect the actual colors, but color variations may occur due to display monitor settings or different import batches. The actual item should be considered the standard, as images are for reference only. If you are very concerned about color discrepancy, we recommend purchasing in-store. **【 About the Glass Dome 】** • The glass is handmade, so minor imperfections such as fine scratches, small air bubbles, or uneven edges under lighting are normal traces of the craftsmanship. **❖ Storage & Care ❖** • Preserved and dried flowers are sensitive to moisture and water. Please keep them in a dry, well-ventilated area. The optimal storage humidity is 50-65%. (High humidity may lead to mold, translucency, or discoloration.) • Use a dehumidifier or air conditioner in humid environments. • Avoid direct sunlight, as exposure may cause the flowers to become brittle or fade. • Depending on storage conditions, the optimal viewing period is 1-2 years (flowers will naturally weather and fade over time). **❖ After-Sales Service ❖** Please record a video when unboxing. If you have any issues after receiving your items, please refrain from leaving a negative review; instead, feel free to send us a private message. Dream truly values every customer's experience and will do our best to assist you.
