Gemstones are sourced from trusted suppliers in the industry, as is the sterling silver, in collaboration with manufacturers. We utilize both jewelry plating and industrial plating for our finishes. If you have concerns about material sensitivities, please consult the designer before placing your order. Most of our products are made to order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order items, please anticipate a waiting period. If you require your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or to confirm if a rush production is possible. Items processed by our factory require a longer lead time. Items processed by our factory include: Wax-cast items, 3D-printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced at NT$2,000 or above will be presented in a jewelry box (items under NT$2,000 can have a box added at an additional cost). 2. Non-plated sterling silver items will include a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple items purchased together will be packaged with minimal waste (items that come with a box will still be boxed).
