[About the Fabric] The COCOCOCO Organic Cotton & Linen (Ramie) Stripe fabric is meticulously woven in a Shiga Prefecture mill. Crafted with Supima organic cotton, it yields a supple fabric with a beautiful sheen. Utilizing fine 80/- count yarn results in an exceptionally lightweight material. The weft yarn is highly twisted, imparting a crisp texture and a subtle crinkled surface. This construction allows for excellent air circulation between the fabric and the skin, ensuring coolness and comfort even on the hottest summer days. The cotton, when highly twisted, shrinks, while ramie has no stretch. This difference in material properties is cleverly utilized to create a seersucker-like texture.
