Over time, exposure to air and the environment will naturally cause its luster to diminish and the color to deepen. This is a normal oxidation process. * If your brass oxidizes and turns black, here are a few methods to restore its shine: * Simply use a silver polishing cloth to restore the shine. The cloth turning black is normal; do not wash it, as this will diminish its effectiveness. * Gently brush with a toothbrush dipped in a small amount of dish soap or toothpaste, then dry. * Wipe with a clean cloth dipped in a small amount of brass polish to restore the brass's luster. Afterward, rinse with dish soap to remove any residual polish and prevent potential allergic reactions during wear. * Preserved flower accessories are made from fresh flowers and can last over 5 years. Please avoid humid environments. * When not wearing, store in a rigid box. Avoid keeping them in your pocket to prevent crushing. * Avoid wearing jewelry while bathing in hot springs or swimming. *Note 1: Preserved Flowers > These are fresh flowers treated with special solutions to preserve them.
