The aim is to remember fragmented histories and transform somber events into gentle narratives, fostering greater understanding and awareness. The "Rainbow Bridge" depicts the Wushe Incident of 1930. Sisin, a spiritual guide and a bird ancestral spirit who believes in the rainbow, carries a cold red cherry blossom petal and places it upon the heads of the fallen warriors. Written on the petal are the words: "ハヤクコウサンスルモノハコロサナイ" (Those who surrender quickly will not be killed). After the Seediq people were subjected to poison gas by the Japanese army and suffered the agony of inhaling the toxic fumes, they decided to end their lives. However, suicide was contrary to the spirit of a warrior.
