About Design Coordination: Each piece is meticulously designed by our floral artists. Should a specific decorative item be out of stock, we will notify you before shipment for a substitution. Note: For items that include string lights, the LED lights are battery-operated. Each string light is brand new. Once the battery runs out, simply replace it with a new one. Product Shipping Service: All items in our shop are custom-made after your order is confirmed and payment is received. January is a peak period for Lunar New Year orders. If you have urgent requirements, please specify this in your order and discuss shipping methods and times with us. For deliveries within Kaohsiung City, we use LALAMOVE for delivery services. Please ensure you provide a detailed address and the recipient's name and phone number so we can locate you quickly! For deliveries outside of Kaohsiung, we use BLACK CAT EXPRESS. Shipping and delivery days are Monday through Saturday. Please be attentive to calls from the delivery personnel to ensure prompt receipt of your order. To guarantee safe transit, large items will be shipped one item per box via courier. The shipping fee shown at checkout is for a single item. If you wish to purchase more than one item, additional shipping fees will apply. The last pickup day is February 15th. Floral class reservations: Fresh flower classes are on February 7th and February 12th. Preserved and dried flower classes are on January 29th, January 31st, February 5th, February 7th, and February 12th. Store closure: The store will be closed from Lunar New Year's Eve (February 16th) to the sixth day of the Lunar New Year (February 23rd).
