・If you are unable to attend after payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and 30% of the ticket price will be charged for all expenses incurred. Since designers must prepare materials ten days before the event, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted within ten days from the day before the event.
・If you need to reschedule, please return your ticket and purchase it again. Ticket refunds and exchanges will not be accepted within ten days from the day before the event.
・Only those aged 12 or above can register for this event.
・Participation is limited to those who have purchased tickets. Those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to accompany or participate in the event.
・If the number of registrants for the event does not reach 3 three days before the event start date, we have the right to cancel the event and notify students to change the event or provide a refund.
・Admission opens 10 minutes before the event. In order to allow the experience to proceed smoothly, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be admitted and no refund will be given.
