Once opened, it is quite difficult to shrink them back. If it feels tight or if you need to widen it to fit your ear, please only make very slight adjustments. Also, please be careful not to pry it open when using it as a ring. To wear, gently pull your earlobe with one hand, slide the cuff in from the bottom of the earlobe, and push it deep inside (as shown in the photo), not just on the lobe itself. Then, slowly slide it upwards to secure it. Please find the position that is easiest for you to wear and feels most stable.
