1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification" email.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field once confirmed.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and seating availability.
4. As materials need to be prepared after payment, please book your session at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio can issue official unified invoices. If you require an invoice with a company tax number, please provide your company name and tax number in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the workshop is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellations due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
