This teapot boasts a bronze-gold hue, with a lid showcasing a rare wood-fired blue glaze – a captivating blend of classical and contemporary aesthetics. Its spout pours smoothly, and it cuts off cleanly, a truly remarkable piece ❤️
Remember that rainy day last week? I was home alone and casually brewed a pot of tea using another teapot of the same design. Listening to the rain, with the aroma of tea filling the air, I felt that even though life was simple, it was profoundly grounding.
A good teapot doesn't just brew tea; it brews a sense of groundedness into life.
Capacity: 200cc
Pouring and cut-off are seamless, unhurried, and there's a comforting flow when serving tea. This is a teapot that can accompany you through life.
#TeapotCapacity: Approx. 200cc
#Rounded and full-bodied
#No dripping spout
The beauty of life begins with a beautiful teapot.

Little Ordinary Pottery Studio's works do not pursue mass production. Each creation possesses a unique concept and design. The process of pure hand-pinching or wheel-throwing imbues the works with life, making each piece one-of-a-kind. Our studio's works are created by my husband and I together, hence the signatures

. Some pieces may also bear the

seal. Each is unique!!

**1. What is the origin of the works?**
We primarily use American clay, Japanese clay, and Taiwanese Miaoli clay for our creations.

**2. What is the wood-firing process?**
American clay, Japanese clay, and Miaoli clay are mixed in different proportions. The creation process involves pure hand-pinching (not on a pottery wheel) to slowly form the shape. After basic shaping, the lines of the body are refined, then polished to complete the greenware.
Once loaded into the kiln, it undergoes a five-day, four-night continuous wood-firing process using natural longan and acacia wood. The temperature reaches over 1200 degrees Celsius. During this time, natural ash deposits adhere to the works, forming a unique ash glaze. Simultaneously, the kiln's flames flow between the pieces, creating beautiful orange-red or blue-purple flame patterns.
After five days and four nights of ash and flame interplay, a week of cooling is required before a piece achieves its beautiful form! Because the kiln atmosphere differs with each wood-firing, the ash deposits and flame patterns on each piece are unique, making every work truly one of a kind!

**3. What should guests be aware of?**
Product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting. As the works are purely handmade, they will inevitably bear traces of the hand-crafting process. Minor variations may also occur during firing, such as slight imperfections in the rim or small production scratches, which are normal and do not affect usability. We appreciate your understanding!
