Those who are perfectionists should refrain from ordering! 2. Please provide your favorite photos. If you wish to change photos after the final draft, a modification fee of NT$100 per photo will apply. 3. The focus is on natural aesthetics. We will adjust lighting and tones during production but will not apply beauty filters. If this is a concern, please provide retouched photos. Refund & Return Policy// If you wish to cancel for a refund during the proofing stage, a design fee of NT$100 per photo will be charged. "Custom-made" items are not subject to the seven-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. (We are unable to resell your ordered product to others.) If there are any defects, shortages, or discrepancies with your order, please contact us, and we will assist you. Returns will not be accepted for subjective reasons such as "not as imagined" or personal aesthetic judgments. Custom Order Instructions// 1. Select the item you wish to customize and complete the payment. 2. After completing your order, please contact customer service. 3. Upon receiving your order and image files, customer service will confirm the order details and photo arrangement with you. 4. Once the photos are confirmed, the design process will begin. 5. You will receive a visual mock-up for proofing within 1-3 days of the design process for the physical product. 6. After your confirmation, we will arrange for printing and production, which typically takes 30-35 business days. Some items may take longer, as indicated in their respective product descriptions. We will inform you of the estimated shipping date. 7. You will be notified on the day of dispatch once your printed product is packaged. If it arrives earlier, it will be shipped ahead of schedule.
