What are coffee beans? What are the characteristics of different varieties and origins?
Analyzing the flavor differences between washed, natural, and honey processing methods.

Experience tasting coffee from different processing methods, roasts, and origins.

Pour-Over Coffee Brewing Experience

Class Format

Course Duration: 90 minutes
Locations: Shuo Coffee Songshan Branch (Near Taipei Arena) / Shilin Branch (Near Tianmu) / Daan Branch (No. 3, Lane 180, Ruian St., Daan Dist., Taipei City)
Important Notes
In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances preventing attendance, please provide relevant documentation for postponement. A partial fee for materials and venue will be charged.
Course slots are limited. Post-registration, no postponements or refunds will be accepted. If you are unable to attend temporarily, you may transfer your spot. Please inform us in advance, and we will assist with the change.
To capture wonderful memories, behind-the-scenes footage will be taken during the course. Photos will be used for event records and sharing.
If you have accompanying guests, please inform us in advance. A small consumption fee will apply for companions. If not notified beforehand, on-site reception may not be possible. We appreciate your understanding.
