Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes, while slippers/bags/accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection, and minor collisions or indentations during logistics delivery are unavoidable. Packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. Genuine leather insoles may exhibit variations in texture and color depending on the area of the skin and season, (unlike artificial leather, which has uniform color and texture). Wrinkles or color differences are not defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings; colors are subject to the actual product. Handmade sizes may have international standard allowable errors and unavoidable measurement differences of 1-3 cm. 10. Collaboration products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or small cards with authorization labels or official logos) must not be counterfeited. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. Returns and exchanges require the product to be in new, unworn condition with original packaging (shoebox + outer box), including accessories and attached tags. 2.
