The head, body, and beak are knitted in the round, the wings and legs are knitted in flat rows on 2 needles. The beanie is also knitted in the round, and the scarf is made using i-cord. PLEASE NOTE: I use several methods of increases in this pattern. Please note: this is not a readymade toy. Materials not included. Language: English and Russian. Size: 1.18–1.57 in / 3-4 cm depending on the yarn you use. Yarn: Alize Angora Gold 550m/100gr (1.5mm needles) – the finished seagull size is 3cm. Alize Cashmira (2mm needles) – the finished seagull size is 4cm. the main shades you will require are white and grey. You will need just a bit of yellow or orange for the beak. You can use any color you favor for the accessories. You are free to use any yarn you like and corresponding needles size, but in such case the finished toy size might differ from mine. You can also use finer yarn than the main one for the beak and legs (and smaller needles), in such case the toy’s proportions will be different, but it will still look good! Be creative with your birdie decoration, let it be special! Needle: sets of 1.5- and 2-mm DP needles, 1-2 mm crochet hook. Embroidery floss: in black to make eyes.
