*In-stock products will be shipped within 3 working days after the order is placed, and customized products are expected to be shipped within 14-21 working days after payment.

*Postage is all done by Hong Kong Post. If you need to use SF Express or other express delivery, please contact the designer and note that this will incur additional charges.
Things to note
*Fine-work flowers are all made with glue and are very water-resistant. Excessive pressing or pulling may cause irreversible damage to the ornaments, so please take care of your little flowers.
*The metal accessories used in hair accessories will fade due to oxidation and discoloration due to sweat, moisture or sunlight. Please try to avoid contact with chemicals. When not wearing them, they can be placed in a sealed space to extend the use period.
*Earrings/studs are not sterling silver or made of hypoallergenic materials. If you need hypoallergenic accessories, please contact the designer and note that this will incur additional charges.
*Online photos may have color differences due to differences in lighting, placement, or user’s screen display during shooting.
*If the jewelry cloth has a patterned flower handle, since the cloth pieces are cut from the same large piece of fabric, the finished product may not be exactly the same as the product picture, and it can be said to be unique.
*If the cloth used for jewelry is dyed by hand, depending on the dyeing process of different batches, the finished product may not be exactly the same as the product picture, which can be said to be unique.
*If an ornamental doll is used in the photo, it must be produced by the Japanese brand Decole and is not for sale.
*Except for damaged goods and wrong goods shipped, no other reasons for return will be accepted (such as man-made damage or goods not meeting expectations, etc.)
