If no preference is specified, the maker will select a color. Our candles are made with natural soy wax and imported fragrance oils. The fragrance oils are IFRA certified, making them safe for pregnant women, children, and pets. · Production begins after your order is placed. Shipping will take 4-10 business days, processed in order of receipt. · As each candle is hand-colored, slight variations may occur in the final product. (Color perception can also vary slightly across different phone screens.) · Our candles are crafted with natural and eco-friendly waxes. Surface frosting, slight color variations, minor air bubbles, and minor surface imperfections are normal. Please consider this if you are a perfectionist. · Orders totaling less than $150 (excluding shipping) will not be processed. · If you require separate packaging, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, all items will be packaged together. · When burning pillar candles, please use a candle holder, plate, or paper to catch the melted wax. · For products featuring a "cream" effect, color bleeding is a normal occurrence. · Candles are fragile items. Please unbox with care and record a video as proof of condition.
