The first impression we noted for this Alisan coffee from Wujia Estate, is the abundance of mellow and solid aroma. Due to the mix-cultivation with tea tree, the coffee here grown up with a unique flavor of high mountain Oolong tea. Carefully roasted to emphasize smoky and sweet tones, the sweetness of brown sugar and dried logan make one recalls his childhood in the farmhouse of grandma.
