Returns and exchanges must be in "brand new, unwashed" condition. As this is a personal hygiene product, no returns or exchanges will be accepted once the item has been washed. 2. Cherry Honey Pads are handmade. Slight loose threads, size discrepancies, or fabric creases are considered normal. Please do not purchase if you are a perfectionist. 3. Every series is photographed from the actual product; patterns may vary slightly depending on the placement on the fabric. We appreciate your understanding. 4. For more detailed instructions on usage, washing, and patents, please refer to the official Cherry Honey Pad website. 5. Repairs for buttons are available for purchases made across any of the four Happy King marketplaces. If a button falls off, it can be repaired (you only need to cover the round-trip shipping). Please do not discard your pad; if you require a repair, please send a private message. Friendly Reminder: Before using your new product, please be sure to wash it once with a "neutral detergent" and then thoroughly spin-dry before hanging to dry. Since colored cotton is a natural material, it is not color-fast; a very small amount of light brown color may release during the first wash. This is a characteristic of colored cotton, not a dye. (Similar to how leaves release green sap or how fruits release colored juice.) Although the light brown color is almost invisible to the naked eye, it can pool with water during the drying process, leaving brown water marks. Using a neutral detergent will remove the released color, preventing it from staining the fabric surface; therefore, please do not wash with water alone. Using the spin-dry function on your washing machine will ensure excess water is removed and accelerate drying, which helps prevent water marks. We do not accept returns or exchanges for product issues arising from failure to read the instructions or follow the washing guidelines.
