Town Musicians of Bremen An old donkey, a hunting dog abandoned by its owner, an old cat, and a rooster, all unable to work, decide to journey to Bremen together to form a band. Along the way, they encounter robbers. United, they use their unique "music" to drive away the villains, and afterward, they live freely together. This is a story of friendship unbound by age or species, and how unity can create a beautiful life. Inspired by this tale, Calvin has recreated it using his signature tenon joinery. Each of the four animals can be admired individually for their charming poses, or they can be stacked together, just like the Bremen Town Musicians statue, to recreate the iconic ensemble.
