Elements of floral patterns reminiscent of those found on antique tins have been incorporated. The use of uniform thin outlines and the absence of gradient coloring create a charming retro feel. At kapuwa, we are committed to using wood responsibly, which is why our production is typically limited to 4 colors and 4 woodblocks. However, "Dream" is an exception, featuring a rich palette of colors. To preserve the impression of the colorful original artwork in the clothing, we used 5 woodblocks. The balance of the flowers and the distribution of colors reflect designer aiko's meticulous attention, given the increased number of woodblocks used. The fabric is handwoven cotton khadi. It is smooth to the touch, comfortable to wear, breathable, and quick-drying. It is also resistant to wrinkles and not very sheer, allowing you to wear it as a single piece. The more you wear and wash it, the softer the fabric becomes, and its texture deepens. 〇 Product Description The slender ribbon at the waist can be tied either at the front or the back. This design, which blends a sense of neatness with cuteness, is timeless and can be worn for years to come.
