Refunds & Returns // If you wish to cancel for a refund during the proofing stage, a design fee of NT$100 per photo will be charged. "Custom-made payment" items are not subject to the seven-day appreciation period, and therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Upon receiving your order and image files, customer service will confirm the order details and photo selection with you. 4. Once the photo is confirmed, the design process will commence. 5. For physical product mockups, a draft will be provided for your review and confirmation within 1-3 days. 6. After your confirmation, printing and production will be arranged. Printing typically takes 30-35 business days, though some items may take longer. Please refer to the specific product description for exact timelines. You will be informed of the estimated shipping date. 7. You will be notified on the day of dispatch once your printed product is packaged. If it arrives earlier, it will be shipped out ahead of schedule.
