We designate only one optimal roast level for each coffee variety. This approach avoids discrepancies in roast perception with our customers and ensures that if you have any questions about the flavor of your purchased beans, you can discuss it with us directly. We are happy to share our insights and demonstrate by brewing it on the spot for your confirmation. __Micro-Batch Roasting__ We use a GoCoRo air roaster, a machine we developed ourselves and one of Taiwan's earliest roasters with app control. The roaster's maximum capacity is only 300g per batch. Therefore, after receiving your order, roasting, and confirming the flavor profile, we package only half-pound bags of beans for sale. __Roasted-to-Order__ In addition to the freshly roasted beans featured weekly in our store (we only offer beans roasted within the last two weeks), all online orders are scheduled for roasting on the day they are received. They will be roasted, rested, packaged, and shipped within three business days of your order.
