Free Warranty Period: Within three months from the date of purchase. 2. During the free warranty period, ARTISMI will offer a replacement or free repair for damage incurred under normal use, provided it is deemed a quality issue. If the damage is not due to a quality issue, a labor fee will be charged. Customers are responsible for a portion of the repair costs for their jewelry; this includes the cost of lost components, damaged items under specific conditions, or any other repair-related issues. a. Gem-grade zircons under 1 point will be repaired free of charge within the warranty period. For zircons over 1 point, a material fee will be charged. b. If a pearl becomes detached but the pin remains intact, and the original pearl is preserved, repair is free. c. For broken pins (pin stuck within the pearl) or lost pearls, a material and labor fee for the pearl will be charged. 3. For natural damage repairs submitted more than three months after the purchase date, a repair fee ranging from NT$300 to NT$1500 may be charged, depending on the situation.
