1. Upon placing your order, an "E-ticket Notification Email" will be sent by the system.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving details in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming the text.
3. Registration is considered complete only after a store partner from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and seat availability.
4. Materials are prepared after order placement and payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall provides a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
