A pouch sized to fit cards.
Perfect as a cardholder or coin purse.
This features "tambourine," a popular and iconic design by mina perhonen.
The outer fabric is made from linen and pulp, with a cotton lining.
In Japan, cranes have long been a symbol of longevity. There's a traditional custom of folding one thousand paper cranes, tying them together, and wishing for happiness or recovery from illness.
Traditionally, these used paper cranes were incinerated.
With new recycling technology, we've succeeded in transforming these thousand paper cranes, which would otherwise be discarded, into thread and fabric.
This is a unique "tambourine" made from such an environmentally friendly fabric.
Colorful specks, derived from the colored paper, are scattered throughout the fabric.
