. The course operates by appointment only. Please specify your desired date and time in the order remarks section. Customer service will contact you to confirm your reservation.
. After payment, Pinkoi will issue a confirmation email. No physical tickets will be mailed. Please present your successful registration notification email or order details on the day of your visit for entry.
. Materials provided for the handmade experience course are for individual use and cannot be shared by two people.
. Cancellations due to personal reasons are subject to a 30% handling fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
. Date changes can be made up to 3 days before the event. However, changes are limited to one instance. If the change results in a price difference, the customer will pay the difference or receive a refund.
. Cancellations after a date change are subject to a 30% handling fee.
. Participants must be 12 years of age or older to register for this activity.
Handmade experiences involve completing the basic construction of the piece during the course.
Optional add-on services for further processing by a professional metalworker mean that the item cannot be taken home immediately on the same day.
Production time is approximately 20-30 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
