Confirm Your Custom Key Fob Each custom handmade piece is made to order and not a ready-made item. Please confirm that the key for your desired key fob matches the product (Image 2) to avoid errors. The items sold in this store are only the key fobs; the key in (Image 2) is for customer reference and confirmation only and is not included. All products are tested to ensure they do not interfere with signal reception and can be used directly. The fully-wrapped key cases are suitable for Keyless smart entry keys. They are not applicable if your car requires inserting a physical key to start the ignition. Our uniquely designed key cases feature an opening for easy self-installation or battery replacement, eliminating the need to damage the main body. This differs from traditional methods where the edges are sealed shut, causing inconvenience when needing to remove the key. 2. Leather Color Selection Choose your preferred leather color. You can refer to the color charts provided (Images 5, 6, 7). Due to the complex dyeing process of vegetable-tanned leather, which differs from the glossy finish of synthetic leather, there may be slight color variations between different batches of leather. Additionally, screen output may vary slightly depending on your phone or computer brand. For those sensitive to color, we recommend choosing black. Perfectionists should refrain from ordering. 3. Production Working Days ⚒ Purely handmade products require multiple intricate steps to achieve delicate, three-dimensional curves. We strive to complete your order as quickly as possible, with a production time of 5-14 days. Leather Introduction Made from 100% premium Italian vegetable-tanned cowhide, extracted using natural plant tannins. Paired with high-quality brass hardware from Taiwan and Japan. Natural vegetable-tanned leather, unlike synthetic leather, does not have a chemical coating on its surface. Characteristics such as grain lines, color changes from friction, insect bites, and minor scratches are normal natural features of the leather and cannot be presented as industrial-grade standardized products. Perfectionists should refrain from ordering. 5. Craftsmanship Techniques The key fob utilizes a leather shaping technique, leveraging the strong resilience of vegetable-tanned leather. It is formed and fixed using traditional methods. Meticulous hand-cutting ensures a near-symmetrical fit of the case, with precise stitching holes along the edges. Hand-stitched using the traditional double-needle technique with German parachute thread, ensuring high strength and resistance to breakage.
