**【Directions to Hand-Crafted Poetry Studio】**
Address: No. 38, Lane 113, Section 1, Jiankang Road, South District, Tainan City
1. For locals in Tainan: You can cycle or drive. Opposite the McDonald's on Jiankang Road, there's a small slope. Look for the "Zhuxi Village" sign at the entrance under the large tree. Continue straight for about 60 meters, and you'll see the "Hand-Crafted Poetry" sign. (Avoid the riverside path in front; while beautiful with its pink Tabebuia trees, it's the wrong way.)
* Parking: There is a parking lot between COFFEE DUET and ORO Cafe.
2. For visitors: From the train station, it's about a 10-minute taxi ride. If taking a bus, board bus #5 from the train station and alight at the Zhuxi Temple stop (right next to the large tree). If arriving via the tourist bus or HSR shuttle, you'll need to alight at Yanping Junwang Temple, walk along Kaishan Road towards Fuliang Road, then Jiankang Road. Cross Jiankang Road, and you'll find the Zhuxi Village slope. You can do it!

【Important Notes】
1. After placing your order, please check your email for the PINKOI e-ticket for the workshop. Confirm the item, date, and time.
2. Participants must be 12 years of age or older.
3. Due to limited space, only ticket holders are permitted in the workshop area to ensure comfort and safety for all participants. Unregistered guests may not join the experience.
4. For craft workshops, one material set cannot be shared by multiple participants.
5. If materials are damaged or incorrectly made due to personal error during the workshop, participants may purchase replacement materials on-site to continue their creation (additional charges apply). We appreciate your understanding.
6. To reschedule, please cancel your current booking and make a new one. (Please do so at least 5 days in advance.)
7. Participants must adhere to the workshop venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages incurred due to non-compliance will be the responsibility of the participant.
8. Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may impact your experience time. (No refunds will be issued on the day of the workshop.)
9. "Hand-Crafted Poetry" may take photos and videos during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Your image may be used in future event records or promotional materials. Participants are welcome to download their photos. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the instructor upon arrival.
【Refund Policy】
1. In case of force majeure events (e.g., typhoons causing work or school closures), "Hand-Crafted Poetry" will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
2. Refunds requested by the customer due to personal reasons will incur a 30% service fee. (If unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact the instructor to request a one-time rescheduling.)
3. No refunds will be issued within 5 days of the event.
4. After placing your order, please verify the items and payment on your e-ticket. On-site adjustments will only cover the difference in price, not refunds.
