Workshop Description
Notes
・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before proceeding with registration.
・Upon completing your order checkout, your purchase receipt serves as proof of registration. No physical ticket will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time. No separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders placed without payment will be considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be closed once full, and unpaid orders will not be counted towards the student roster.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment is completed, please contact us via our Facebook page or by calling (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following rules apply:
- According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act for Supplementary Education and Continuing Education" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Supplementary Schools" as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class start date, 95% of the total tuition fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between the eighth and fifty-ninth day before the class start date, 90% of the total tuition fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between the first and seventh day before the class start date, 80% of the total tuition fee will be refunded.
- Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the following 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture of the rescheduling option. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled dates, please opt for a refund.
- For same-day cancellations, as the instructor's materials and venue arrangements are already completed, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Failure to attend will be considered a forfeiture.
- To protect the rights of other participants, individuals arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered a forfeiture.
- For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including account number and name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unpaid companions are not permitted to attend or participate, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases where a parent and child wish to participate together. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session does not reach 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer participants the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the crafting classroom. This workshop includes self-service unlimited black tea or green tea.
・Participants are required to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In the event of natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The event may be photographed or filmed by the organizer for event documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Your image may be used in future promotional materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
