・Capacity: 6-15 people per session (Minimum enrollment: 6 people)
・Includes: Workshop experience, on-site tools and materials, one 7-inch starry sky painting
・Location: 5F, No. 524, Mingcheng 2nd Road, Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City (xiabenhow Kaohsiung Handicraft Classroom)
・Transportation: Take the Red Line MRT to "Aozihdi Station," Exit 3. Walk straight along Bo'ai 2nd Road for approximately 6 minutes. Turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "Luigi Electric Company Kaohsiung Branch" opposite. The entrance to the handicraft classroom is next door, at "MARS Maker Space." Go straight to the end and take the elevator to the fifth floor.

▶ Important Notes
・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class is running before registering.
・Upon completing your order and checkout, the purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical ticket will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time; no further SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders not paid for will be considered incomplete registrations. Once a class is full, enrollment will immediately close, and unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following rules apply:
・According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Compulsory Education Act, and Article 33 of the Regulations for the Administration of Short-Term Supplementary Schools, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class commencement date, a refund of 95% of the total actual payment will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine and eight days before the class commencement date, a refund of 90% of the total actual payment will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven and one day before the class commencement date, a refund of 80% of the total actual payment will be issued.
・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months, provided you actively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot commit to the rescheduled dates, please opt for a refund.
・For same-day cancellations, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted as instructor materials and venue seats have already been prepared. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
・To protect the rights of other participants, late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unpaid companions are not allowed to accompany or participate, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity or for special circumstances requiring parent-child participation, which can be inquired about by calling the venue in advance.
・If the minimum enrollment of 6 people is not met two days prior to the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and will notify participants to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the handicraft classroom. This class includes self-serve complimentary black tea or green tea.
・Participants must comply with the venue rules and follow the instructor's directions.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for event records and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Your likeness may be used in future promotional materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
