Mug dimensions are H 98mm, Diameter 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks and air bubbles along the curved edges are unavoidable during the mug's firing process and are considered normal. Returns or exchanges for these reasons are not accepted. ● When washing, please avoid using abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel brushes), as these can scratch and remove the surface coating. Coaster Care Instructions: ● Ceramic coasters are fired at high temperatures. Imperfections like specks or small indentations are normal occurrences during the firing process. ● Minor scratches or dust on the coaster surface are inevitable. There may be approximately a 10% variation in the quality of the blank coasters for each batch. The ink absorption in the coaster's pores can vary, especially with light-colored backgrounds or dark-colored designs, potentially leading to uneven color blocks or cloudy spots. All these situations are considered normal and not defects. Please ensure you accept these conditions before placing an order if you are a perfectionist. ● Each set of coasters comes in a paper box. The non-slip pads are attached by hand, and slight misalignment may occur. Product images are composite mockups for reference only. Actual finished product colors and proportions may have slight variations; the actual finished product prevails. This product is custom-made. Production time is calculated starting from the day after payment is completed and requires 7-10 days (excluding weekends). As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. All products in our store are custom-made. Production begins only after payment is completed.
