1. Urgent orders are not accepted, please complete the ordering process seven days before the pick-up/arrival.
2. To order flower products, please "contact the designer" to inform you the date you need to use the floral products before subscripting, we will suggest you the appropriate pick-up/arrival date.
3. The product pictures are for reference in color and style, and the flowers and materials are adjusted according to the season.
4. Fresh flowers and dried flowers are natural products. Not as good as artificial flowers, they will inevitably have wrinkles or small spots. We will try our best to eliminate them during the production, but we cannot guarantee the perfection. If you are concerned, please do not order.
5. The color of each batch of flowers and dried flowers may not be exactly the same. If the color difference cannot be accepted, please do not order.
6. There are often seasonal shortages or poor quality of fresh flowers. If the above conditions occur, we will make professional design adjustments for you with similar flowers.
7. The photos are all real products. Because of the handmade and the different shapes, sizes and postures of the flowers, the finished product cannot be exactly the same as the product photos, but we are guaranteed to give you works with the same style and atmosphere as the photos. !
8. The wrapping paper, florals, ribbons and other accessories in the photo will be replaced by appropriate containers or accessories when they are out of stock.
9. We make every product carefully and carefully. If you are not satisfied with the product, please take a photo and contact us so that we can assist you in the first time.

11. Fresh products do not apply to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law and do not enjoy a 7-day appreciation period.

► Delivery method
1. The flower delivery address is in Xitun District, Beitun District, Nantun District, North District, West District, East District, and South District of Taichung City. If you spend over 3,500 yuan in a single time in the above areas, the delivery will be free of charge.
2. A single consumption of less than 3,500 yuan, and other areas of Taichung and other counties and cities, can choose to come to the store to pick up, or we will send the goods in a carton package "low temperature home delivery", the shipping fee is 290 yuan per piece , Black Cat Home Delivery can specify the arrival time (no delivery on Sundays): Not specified/13:00 before/14-18 in the afternoon.
3. Shipping instructions: Due to the size limitation of the low-temperature house, if you order a bouquet + two or more corsages, you need to send it in two pieces, and two shipping will be charged; if you order one bouquet + a corsage, Then charge the shipping fee for one item.
