・Capacity: 6-15 people per session (Minimum participants: 6)

・Workshop Notes: As the crafting materials contain alcohol and oil-based components, wearing a mask and dark clothing is recommended.
・Location: 5F, No. 524, Mingcheng 2nd Road, Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City (xiabenhow Kaohsiung Workshop)
・Transportation: Take the MRT Red Line to "Aozihdi Station," exit 3. Walk approximately 6 minutes along Bo'ai 2nd Road, then turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "The One Single Person BBQ" across the street. The entrance to the workshop is next to "睦 MARS 創客太空站." Go straight to the end of the corridor and take the elevator to the 5th floor.

▶ Important Information
・If you are registering the day before or on the day of the event, please contact us to confirm if the session has commenced before registering.
・Upon completing your order and payment, your purchase details serve as confirmation of your registration. No physical ticket will be issued. Please arrive at the venue for check-in at the scheduled session time. No separate SMS or pre-event notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not paid for will be considered as incomplete registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once the class is full. Unpaid orders will not be counted towards the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. Refund and rescheduling policies are as follows:
。Based on Administrative Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee guidelines and Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act, and Article 33 of the Regulations for Supplementary Education Institutions:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days before the class starts, 95% of the actual tuition fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the actual tuition fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the actual tuition fee will be refunded.
。Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen new session. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture. If you cannot comply with the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
。For cancellations or reschedules on the day of the event, we regret that refunds or rescheduling are not possible, as workshop materials and instructor arrangements have already been finalized. No-shows will be considered as forfeiture.
。To ensure the rights of other participants, attendees arriving 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including account holder name and bank name. All refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Guests without tickets may not accompany participants or join the activity, unless a child requires a parent's assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is approved. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Participants are required to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・Photos and videos may be taken during the experience for event documentation and promotional purposes by the organizer, and may be uploaded to xiabenhow's social media channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
