・Workshop Notes: As the art materials contain alcohol and oil-based components, wearing a mask and dark clothing is recommended.

・Transportation: Take the MRT Red Line to "Aozihdi Station," Exit 3. Walk straight along博愛二路 for about 6 minutes. Turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "The One Single Person BBQ" across the street. The entrance to the workshop is next to "睦MARS Maker Space." Walk straight to the end of the hallway and take the elevator to the fifth floor.

▶ Important Notes
・If you register the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has reached the minimum enrollment before registering.
・Upon completing your order and checkout, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are placed but not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Once a class is full, enrollment will immediately close, and incomplete registrations will not be added to the student list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page at least 3 days in advance, or call us at (02)2371-4171. The following rules apply:
。In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for the Administration of Short-Term Tutoring Classes" as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class start date, 95% of the total actual fees paid will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class start date, 90% of the total actual fees paid will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class start date, 80% of the total actual fees paid will be refunded.
。Rescheduling is permitted for classes within the following 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your preferred session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled times, please opt for a refund.
。For cancellations or rescheduling on the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements are already completed, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Participants who do not show up will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
。To ensure the rights of other participants, anyone arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and account holder name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Those without tickets are not permitted to accompany participants or join the activity, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where a parent and child wish to participate together. Please contact the venue in advance to inquire about such exceptions!
・If the number of registered participants for a session does not reach 6 people two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the event and will notify participants to reschedule or provide a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure the smooth progression of the workshop, please avoid being late.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for event documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels after the event. These may include your likeness and be used for event records or other recruitment channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
