After-Sales & Order Refusal: This product is custom-made to order and is not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period. Failure to pick up an order without valid reason will be treated as malicious order refusal, and relevant civil liabilities will be pursued. 4. Work Sharing: Finished product photos may be publicly shared on our platforms in the future (personal information will be hidden). If you do not wish for your work to be shared, please inform us in advance. Failure to notify will be considered consent. 5. Returns: Custom-made products fall under the category of "Exceptional Goods" and are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period regulations. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. 6. Color Discrepancies: Slight color differences between product photos and the physical item viewed in person are normal and do not qualify for refunds or returns. 7. Unboxing Video: Please record the entire unboxing process upon receipt to protect your rights and ours. Any issues must be reported within 1 day of receipt; requests made after this period will not be processed. 8. Photo Material: Photos are printed on photo paper using an inkjet photo printer. 9. Paper Material: Craft paper. 10. Size Tolerance: Due to manual production and measurement, a 0-2 cm error is normal. 11. Receipt: Please inform us in advance if you require a receipt.
