Product Description

👹 "A Hundred Tales of Hong Kong Ghosts" - Volume 7️⃣ 👹 0️⃣ 2️⃣ 6️⃣ 🍲 Dormitory Oxtail Soup 🍲 👻👻👻👻👻👻👻👻👻👻👻👻👻 ✅ 1 Original Sticker ✅ 📐 Size: 48mm × 48mm 📐 🌟 Specification: Silver Holographic Glitter 🌟 📩 Packaging: Comes in a clear plastic sleeve 📩 👻👻👻👻👻👻👻👻👻👻👻👻👻 WE ARE THE PIGS™'s first project is "A Hundred Tales of Hong Kong Ghosts" (referred to as "Ghost Tales"). As Hong Kong lyricist Lin Xi once said, "The existence of ghost stories is what makes Hong Kong precious." The appearance of local ghost legends often reflects the social conditions, atmosphere, and unique historical background of the time, making them worthy of recording and preservation. Through compiling a century of Hong Kong's folk ghost legends, we hope to explore Hong Kong's century-old history, culture, and identity with you. "Ghost Tales" uses "shokugan" (food toy) stickers as a medium to interpret Hong Kong's ghost legends. This type of sticker first appeared in 1977, included with Japanese snack packaging. They are typically 4.8 x 4.8cm and commonly known as "chocolate biscuit stickers," "shokugan stickers," or "biscuit stickers." In the 80s and 90s, Hong Kong was heavily influenced by Japanese pop culture, and these "shokugan stickers" became a cherished collective childhood memory for many Hongkongers. We have systematically compiled 100 ghost stories and combined them with shokugan stickers as a new medium, creating a visually rich "Compendium of Hong Kong Monsters" belonging to Hong Kong people. The project will release 100 shokugan stickers themed around Hong Kong ghost stories. For each tale, we've created a monster character and a brief introduction. The stickers feature special printing effects such as holographic glitter, hot stamping, and silver foil to enhance the collectibility of "A Hundred Tales of Hong Kong Ghosts." The "A Hundred Tales of Hong Kong Ghosts" sticker series collects stories of a hundred local ghosts, with original illustrations and text bringing these mysterious events to life. Volume 7 includes "The Girl with the Braid," "Dormitory Oxtail Soup," "The Lotus Pond Ghost Lady," and "The Door."
