Unlike PU or patent leather that appears flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique marks and characteristics acquired during the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches may occur during processing, shipping, and production. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, these are considered normal. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major scars. Please consider this if you are sensitive to such details. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can differ between batches due to varying stock and storage times. Even on the same piece of hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be identical between repeat orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Custom Orders /** (No 7-day appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.)
