Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique textures and marks from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These are not defects. During processing, shipping, and production, minor indentations or scratches are inevitable. If the leather surface is not damaged, we consider these within the normal range. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for significant damage. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot compare to the perfect uniformity of machine-made items but possesses a unique delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and usage, the leather will develop its own patina of scratches and deepen its luster, gradually revealing a one-of-a-kind appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely captivating. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather batches, storage times, and different parts of the hide can result in color variations. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors from subsequent orders will not be identical. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is made to order via customization. Please note your custom requests such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font" at the time of order. If no remarks are made, you agree to the designer's choice of stitching color and blank embossing. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (finished products cannot have stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period, nor do we accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
