Spiderweb after raining, thread and beads earrings, (khaki) Paraguayan embroider

I imagined a spider web with sparkling drops after the rain, and made earrings with thread and beads. The thread motif is made with traditional embroidery technique “ñanduti “ from Paraguay, South America. It looks delicate, but the thread motif is glued. So it’s rather crisp. You can enjoy the texture, delicacy, color of the thread, and variety of patterns by ñanduti accessories. ✼••┈┈┈┈••✼••┈┈┈┈••✼ ◎What is ñanduti ? Ñanduti means “spider web” in the local language Guarani. As the name suggests, it is a delicate handwork made with thread. The embroidery is glued and hardened. After removing only the embroidered part from the cloth, ñanduti is ready. The feeling of touch is rather crisp, It is moderately hard and maintains its shape, At the same time, it leaves the softness of the material of the thread. ✼••┈┈┈┈••✼••┈┈┈┈••✼ Because "Ñanduti" originally means "spider web" in the local language, "Let's make a spider web motif!" I thought. What came to my mind was beautiful spider web with sparkling raindrops after raining. Using khaki colored thread as a base, I added a pattern with beads and hand-dyed thread with varying colors (Hand-dyed thread is dyed by a hand-dyed thread artist) I used small 2 colors of beads, transparent beads and slightly sparkling beads, and they represent raindrops. Also below the motif, I put a drop-shaped glass bead to represent a raindrop. The motif is approximately 4cm in diameter. Because the motif is made of thread, it is very light and comfortable to wear. Earring hardware: surgical stainless steel You can change to clip-on. Small beads are used randomly, so there are individual differences depending on the earrings. The color of hand-dyed thread has a gradation. Therefore, depending on the earrings there are individual differences in how the color appears.
