We understand that "dianzi" yarn can sometimes shed during wear, which might be perceived as a minor flaw in conventional printed fabrics, as shedding yarn could lead to the printed pattern fading. This is one of the fascinating aspects of design; developing fabric and products while respecting the inherent characteristics of the material is a fundamental requirement for any designer. Embracing natural patterns, much like the laws of nature, is key. Leveraging the fabric's unique properties, we focused on the pattern's style. This base fabric features three distinct patterns, each imbued with an ancient aura, drawing inspiration from old Indian woodblock prints. The raw fabric, rendered with traditional techniques, typically conveys a simple, lively charm. The lines vary in thickness, with a mottled, nostalgic depth of color, far removed from anything overly refined. Following this path, the floral motifs possess a mottled, aged quality, a beauty in their imperfection. Printed on a base fabric with subtle brown speckles, this dual aging effect is amplified. The truly intriguing part is that with washing and wear, some of the speckles may shed, taking with them the color printed on them. This process further enhances the floral pattern's nostalgic feel, as if you've discovered your grandmother's old fabric, stored away in a wooden chest, carrying the scent of time. The base color leans towards warm tones, with one yarn being a warm-toned linen, and the brown specks reflecting the color of the "dianzi" yarn. The granularity is irregular, with random variations in depth and thickness, lending it a lively, natural feel. Primarily in berry red, Oriental Poppies aren't exclusively red; they come in various colors, hence the occasional yellow or blue blooms. These bright yet vintage flowers envelop you, as if transporting you into a floral kingdom. A beautiful robe-like dress, brimming with girlish charm, like a flower fairy. It uses a generous amount of fabric, over four meters, with a round neckline featuring a gentle elastic closure for easy wear. A delicate tie at the side creates a charming bow, adding a soft, feminine touch. The raglan sleeves are neatly finished around seven to eight inches, shaped like lantern sleeves, resembling blooming flower buds. The wide skirt offers a comfortable, robe-like freedom. The dress features a large-scale print, requiring an underlayer. There are two ways to style this: either pair it with a mid-length slip dress in beige or natural linen tones, or wear a cropped camisole on top with a comfortable lining for the bottom half. We strongly recommend pairing it with sandals rather than canvas shoes. Add a straw hat, and let the girlish skirt sway joyfully.
