In order to protect the rights of florists, if a ticket is refunded due to personal factors, a 30% handling fee will be charged. Tickets will not be refunded within 3 days before the event. *If you are 30 minutes late, you will not be admitted and no refund will be provided. *If classes are suspended due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, government announcements will be followed. We will proactively contact you to make up classes or provide refunds. *The photos on the course page are all the work of florists and are for reference only.
