Each feather is meticulously sculpted, one overlapping the other, with delicate textures etched into every strand. Due to the time-consuming and costly nature of this intricate carving, hand-polishing was employed to preserve the maximum level of detail, reflecting a commitment to quality without compromise. After considering a frosted finish with a gloss overlay, a full, high-gloss polish was chosen in consultation with the artisan. Measuring 11mm thick, it boasts a strong and full three-dimensional presence. The feature resembling a mouth is a natural "water channel" within the jade, assuring you of its quality. The top bead is also made of high-quality jadeite. The bail is a bull's nose perforation, preserving the piece's integrity.
