1. Upon ordering, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your order.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and availability.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance, as materials will be prepared after payment.
5. ART64 Design Studio can provide a unified receipt. If you require a company receipt with a Tax ID number, please provide the company name and Tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
