1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. If you select the laser engraving option and have confirmed the engraving content, please specify it in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and available seating.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance, as materials need to be prepared after order payment.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. If the class is cancelled due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
